How to Add Your Email Signature to Spark Mail on iOS

To add your signature to Spark on iPhone or iPad, copy it from htmlsig, then go to Settings > Signatures in Spark, tap Add Signature and paste it in.

Add your signature to Spark on iOS

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your signature on htmlsig.com and tap Open in New Tab.
2. Select the whole signature and tap Copy.
3. Open Spark, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then tap Settings.
4. Tap Signatures and make sure Use Email Signatures is turned on.
5. Tap Add Signature.
6. Tap into the signature field and paste your signature.
7. Tap Set as Default for... and choose the email account this signature belongs to.
8. Tap Save.

Paste HTML code instead

If the pasted signature doesn't look right, paste the HTML code instead. On your signature page, click Source Code and copy the code. In Spark's signature editor, tap HTML in the top-right corner, paste the code, and save.

Spark lets you create a different signature for each account. Repeat these steps for every account that needs one.
