How to Add Your Email Signature to Outlook for iPhone

To add your htmlsig signature to the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad, open your signature link on the device, copy the signature, then paste it into Outlook's Settings > Signature.

Step 1: Get your signature link onto your phone

Every signature has its own link, shown at the top of its page in htmlsig. The easiest way to get it onto your phone is to email it: on the Signatures page, click the mail icon next to your signature. This sends a link to the email address on that signature. You can also log in to htmlsig in Safari on your phone and open the signature directly.

Step 2: Copy your signature

  1. Open the signature link in Safari on your phone.
  2. Tap Open in New Tab to show the signature on its own.
  3. Touch and hold on the signature, tap Select All, then tap Copy.

Step 3: Paste it into Outlook

  1. Open the Outlook app and tap your profile picture or account icon in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Tap Signature. If you have several accounts, you can turn on Per Account Signature to set one for each.
  4. Delete the default "Get Outlook for iOS" text, then touch and hold in the signature field and tap Paste.
  5. Go back to close the signature screen. Your signature is saved automatically.

Create a new email to check that your signature looks right.

Signatures don't sync between Outlook apps, so you'll also need to add yours to Outlook on your computer. See Outlook for Windows and web or Outlook for Mac. On Android, see Outlook for Android.
