How to Add Your Email Signature to Outlook for Android

To add your signature to Outlook for Android, copy it from htmlsig, then in the Outlook app go to Settings, tap your account, tap Signature and paste it in.

Add your signature to Outlook for Android

  1. On your phone, log in to htmlsig.com and open the signature you want to install.
  2. Tap Open in New Tab to show the signature on its own.
  3. Press and hold on the signature, select all of it and tap Copy.
  4. Open the Outlook app, tap your profile picture in the top-left corner, then tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  5. Tap the account you want to add the signature to, then tap Signature.
  6. Delete the default "Get Outlook for Android" text, then paste your signature.
  7. Tap the check mark (or go back) to save.

Outlook for Android has limited support for formatted signatures. Depending on your app version, images, colors or layout may be simplified when you paste. If that happens, send a test email to yourself to see how it looks. For a fully formatted signature, install it in Outlook for Windows and web or Outlook for Mac, and use those when it matters.
