What is a generator?

Generators allow you to quickly get your team to create their signatures in as little steps as possible while respecting the guidelines you set while creating your generator. Learn more

Can I use htmlsig for free?

We no longer offer free signatures due to the effort required to fight spammers and scammers out of the platform.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Once you create your account you are able to upgrade or cancel your subscription from your account page. Upon canceling your account you will have continued access to your account for the remainder of that period.

Which email clients are supported?

htmlsig signatures work with all major email clients including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and Thunderbird. Our signatures use clean HTML that renders consistently across platforms.

Can I add my company logo?

Yes! All plans support uploading your company logo and promotional banners. You can also add social media icons to link to your profiles.
