How to Add an HTML Email Signature to Roundcube

To add your signature to Roundcube, go to Settings > Identities, select your identity, turn on HTML signature and paste your signature into the signature editor.

Add your signature to Roundcube

  1. Open your signature on htmlsig.com and click Open in New Tab.
  2. Select the whole signature and copy it (Ctrl + C on Windows, Cmd + C on Mac).
  3. Log in to Roundcube and click Settings.
  4. Click Identities and select your email identity.
  5. In the Signature section, turn on HTML signature (a checkbox or an HTML toggle, depending on your Roundcube version) to switch to the rich text editor.
  6. Click into the signature box and paste your signature.
  7. Click Save.

If the layout breaks when you paste, use the HTML code instead. On your signature page, click Source Code and copy the code. In Roundcube's signature editor, click the Source code button (it looks like <>), paste the code and click Save.

Make sure Roundcube sends HTML email

Your signature only displays correctly in HTML messages. Go to Settings > Preferences > Composing Messages, set Compose HTML messages to always, and click Save.
