If your banner doesn't appear in the signature editor after you upload it, an ad blocker is the most likely cause. Ad blockers often hide images they think are ads, and banners look like ads to them. Turn off your ad blocker for htmlsig.com while you build your signature.
How to fix it
- Pause or disable your ad blocker (or add htmlsig.com to its allowlist).
- Reload the signature editor. Your banner should now show in the preview.
- Finish and save your signature, then install it in your email client.
- Turn your ad blocker back on if you like. It doesn't change the signature you've already installed.
Still not showing?
- On the Banner tab, make sure Show Banner is turned on. If it's off, the banner image is removed when you save.
- Check that the upload finished before you saved.
- Some privacy extensions and browser tracking protection block images too. Try a private window with extensions turned off, or a different browser.
