To update your credit card, go to your Account page and click Click here to manage your payment methods. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal, where you can add a new card and remove the old one.
How to update your card
- Log in and click Account in the top menu (or go straight to your account page).
- On the right side of the page, under Update your Credit Card Info, click Click here to manage your payment methods.
- In the billing portal, add your new card and make it your default payment method.
- When you're done, use the link in the portal to return to htmlsig.
htmlsig never sees or stores your full card number. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.
If a payment failed
If your last payment didn't go through, you'll see a red banner at the top of the app saying Your last payment failed. Click update your payment method in that banner to go straight to the billing portal. Your account stays active while the payment is being retried, so update your card as soon as you can.
