If you've forgotten your password, go to the Forgot your password? page, enter your account email, and click Reset password. We'll email you a link to choose a new password.
How to reset your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? (or go straight to the password reset page).
- Enter the email address you use to log in to htmlsig and click Reset password.
- Open the email from us and click the reset link.
- Enter your new password twice (at least 8 characters) and click Change my password.
You're logged in with your new password straight away.
Why isn't my reset link working?
- The link has expired. Reset links are valid for 24 hours. If you see a message that the token is invalid or expired, request a new link.
- You used an older email. Each new request replaces the previous link, so always use the most recent email.
- The email didn't arrive. Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the address you signed up with. If the address isn't on an account, the form will tell you.
